Steven and I believe that it is important to learn something totally new each year. Sometime after Lily was born, he decided to teach himself how to play the guitar. It could have been a silly phase and the guitar could have been easily forgotten in a dusty corner of our home, but somehow, four years (of practicing just minutes a day) blew by and now he can Google the chords to any song and play it quite well. Last year, we started skateboarding which was so much more fun than either of us expected. This year, we were inspired by a recent trip to Club Med Phuket to perfect our archery skills. Is there anything that you've learned, or tried to learn, as an adult? Do you think that old dogs, as it were, can learn new tricks? I'd love to hear your stories!

Yes, I do believe that old dogs can learn anything they want. I've started painting recently.
